Onyx Yoga, a modern yoga and pilates studio located near Lakeside Park in Fond du Lac, WI, offers classes suitable for all levels of practitioner. In our vinyasa classes we flow, moving one breath to one movement, pausing at times to bring awareness to our bodies and allow for exploration in the pose. Our power classes build strength and endurance with a faster flow tempo, longer holds, and active movement within poses. To balance the vinyasa and power practices, we turn inward with yin yoga, holding poses to release the deeper tissues surrounding our joints and focusing on the meditative qualities of yoga. Pilates is new to the studio and focuses on core strength. Our classes are as dynamic as our instructors, each one offering a unique style while remaining connected to our mission of helping you discover your inner self.
Why are we called Onyx? Our name is inspired by the energetic qualities of the black onyx stone. Black onyx is a grounding stone that brings strength and vitality to both the physical and mental/emotional sides of ourselves. It represents new beginnings, protection from negative energy, and helps you create a pathway to the life you want to live. Just like the black onyx stone, we encourage you to find strength and feel empowered to be your true, authentic self both on and off the mat.
At Onyx Yoga you will be able to find moments of stillness as you connect your breath with your movements. Our space allows you to enjoy the beauty in those moments of stillness, by being present and letting go of what life is currently presenting you. Letting go of negativity, letting go of self-doubt, and creating yourself space to just be. In these moments of enlightenment, untruth dissolves and truth emerges, and you discover your inner self.

Classes are all levels. We want you to be able to practice as much as possible, so you are welcome to attend any class on the schedule.
