ROSE

Yoga Instructor | CYT 200

Hi I'm Rose. I graduated from Yoga Teacher Training in May 2022.

Besides teaching yoga I am also a business owner, spouse and mom to four teenage boys.

I love the way yoga makes me feel and how it can help you deal with the stress and craziness of daily life.

I am an immigrant from the Netherlands and I have been able to teach and attend classes there as well which has helped me to mix in a little European influence into my life and lessons.

STEPHANIE

Barre & Pilates Instructor | CYT 200

From Chicagoland, Stephanie is a Nationally Certified Pilates teacher (NCPT). In addition to her Pilates education, she participated in an apprenticeship in Chicago where she fully immersed herself in functional movement Pilates to better help her students live pain free. Teaching since 2014, she has experience in working with people who work long hours at their desk, athletes, and conditioning bodies from pain or alignment issues.

She has taught Pilates at pilates boutique studios and for corporate America in private and group class settings. She is very detailed in her teaching and creates specialized sessions for each of her students to help reach their goals or guide them through recovery from an injury. Stephanie loves helping people become strong and mobile so they can have the ability to move freely and remain connected in their body. When Stephanie is not doing Pilates, she is spending time with family, cooking, attending continuing education with Pilates, watching basketball, and working on her golf game!

Yvette

Yoga Instructor | CYT 200

Hi, I'm Yvette.

My love for fitness has always been present in my life, whether it was aerobics, weightlifting, spin classes, kickboxing, and more.

I began my journey with yoga about 15 years ago to avoid major surgery.

During Covid, I strengthened my practice by completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification.

I explored sound healing through an introductory class and felt a connection.

I firmly believe we all need to take a step back from the distractions of our daily life by taking time for ourselves, to allow our mind and body to heal.

Kelli

Yoga Instructor | CYT 200 in progress

Hello, my name is Kelli Dercks. I grew up in Deforest, Wisconsin. I have lived in the Fond du lac area since 2000. Teaching high school art in Beaver Dam was my career for many years. In the classroom I found it incredibly beneficial to incorporate self-awareness and mindful practices. I received my Mindfulness Certification in December of 2017.
Over the years I have found yoga to be an incredibly beneficial part of my mind, body, and soul’s wellbeing. Recently, my passion for yoga has led me to learn and practice all that yoga has to offer. I received my certification for teaching chair yoga in November of 2023.
As an instructor, my intent is to create a safe nurturing practice that embraces the beauty around and within us while building strength, balance, and confidence.
In my free time I love to spend time with my family and friends, photograph, paint, read, and travel.

Angie earned her teaching certificate in 2017 and has been teaching and learning ever since.Currently she is working towards her RYT 500 with Yoga Medicine. She enjoys teaching Myofascial Release (MFR), Meditation, Yin and Restorative classes. Her favorite style is a combination of Yin and MFR. This class style allows students to tune into their body awareness and gives them tools to release and relieve stagnancy within their tissues. Her goal during all classes is to help her students connect their minds to their bodies and appreciate all that their bodies allow them to do. She believes that yoga is for everybody and aims to provide poses and modifications that are accessible to all. When she is not practicing yoga she loves to read, cuddle her cats, and snowboard.
