SAM

Yoga Instructor | RYT 200 / Owner

Hi there, I'm Sam! Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years and my practice continues to be an evolution.

 

I have always counted on physical activity to help me "reset". When I first tried yoga, I will admit that it wasn't clicking for me. I continued to explore various styles and finally found what I was looking for in the movement and energy of a power vinyasa class. 

I completed my 200 hour training. I am a believer in continual development and have explored additional styles and yoga fusions, such as aerial yoga, Sadie Nardini's Yoga Shred, and Rocket Yoga. I approach my classes with a light spirit and enjoy guiding yogis through a challenging and energetic practice where they are free to take what they need and leave the rest behind.

KELLY

Yoga Instructor | RYT 200 / Owner

My name is Kelly Collien. I have lived in Fond du Lac my whole life and found yoga in 2013. Yoga brought a whole new perspective of life to me and my goal is to share that with others.

I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2017. Hot Power Yoga was the focus but I also continued on to obtain my kids yoga certification through Cosmic Kids Yoga in 2018. I am a Certified Master Reiki Practitioner, Certified Meditation Coach as well as a Certified Emotional Intelligence Life Coach. I completed my Foundation Training Certification in 2021.

In my free time I love spending time with my family and traveling.

ROSE

Yoga Instructor | CYT 200

Hi I'm Rose. I graduated from Yoga Teacher Training in May 2022.

 

Besides teaching yoga I am also a business owner, spouse and mom to four teenage boys.

 

I love the way yoga makes me feel and how it can help you deal with the stress and craziness of daily life.

 

I am an immigrant from the Netherlands and I have been able to teach and attend classes there as well which has helped me to mix in a little European influence into my life and lessons.

STEPHANIE

Yoga & Pilates Instructor | RYT 200

I'm Stephanie and I am originally from the Chicagoland area.

 

I started my movement practice in 2014. I am a fully trained comprehensive pilates teacher, as well as a 200 hour yoga instructor. In addition, I furthered more hours of study in functional movement pilates to better help my clients to be pain free. Some of my specialties include working with athletes to achieve better function and mobility in their body, people who suffer from back issues, teaching the classical pilates method and hatha/vinyasa for all levels. I strive to get all of my students in posture alignment.

In my spare time I enjoy watching basketball with my family, reading, attending concerts, NBA, biking, movies, and cooking at home. I am excited to teach movement for all levels, and to help people become more mobile in their body.
