Cancellation/No Show Policy
We will review class attendance and may cancel a class if one or less individuals are signed up. Watch for these notifications via the email address you provided in ScheduleBliss.
If you need to cancel a class reservation, please do so at least 2 hours prior to the start of class. Cancellations must be done through the ScheduleBliss app or website.
Late cancellations or no shows will forfeit a one class pass or have one class pass deducted in the case of a multi-pass package. Monthly unlimited auto-pay passes will be placed under review following the occurrence of late cancellations or no shows and may result in the pass being suspended or terminated.
