CLASSES WE OFFER
We strive to offer varied class styles to meet your personal practice needs. Please refer to our Schedule page to see our current classes. Class offerings may vary based on instructor availability.
VINYASA YOGA
In our Vinyasa classes, you will experience movement that syncs inhalation or exhalation to each pose. This moving meditation will challenge both your body and mind. The mind stays focused on the flow of movement while the body is stretched and strengthened with each pose. This class is practiced in a heated environment, with temperatures in the range of 70-85 degrees. All levels are welcome.
CHAIR YOGA
In our Chair Yoga classes, all poses are done while seated in a chair. This class will help you increase flexibility, improve strength, reduce stress and help with better balance. In this class, breathwork is also incorporated to help deeper relaxation and encourage focus.
All levels are welcome.
Onyx Yoga is wheelchair accessible.
YOGA FLOW W/SINGING BOWL SAVASANA
In this class, plan to leave relaxed and rejuvenated. We start off with a brief sound experience from singing bowls to help you become present and grounded. Then enjoy a nice yoga flow and end practice with a savasana that is accompanied by singing bowls.
All levels are welcome.

YIN YOGA
Taught at a slower pace, this class offers a relaxing type of yoga where postures are held for a longer period of time, about 2-5 minutes each. Yin yoga usually consists of floor postures that target the deep connective tissues throughout the body. This class aims to increase circulation in the joints and helps improve flexibility.
All levels are welcome.
PILATES (45, MAT & FLOW)
This class starts with a pre-Pilates warm up and then adds a strong focus on strengthening and lengthening the trunk of the abdominal muscles while adding the arms and legs to work the whole body. Classic Pilates Mat methods are followed. Props like Pilates Circles may be used in some classes. All levels are welcome. (Pilates 45 is a 45-minute class length)
A consistent movement practice benefits both the body and mind,
and we offer a range of package options for you.
Create a respectful practice space by following our studio guidelines:
-
Arrive on time (or better yet, a little early). This is your time to prepare for class, connect with your fellow classmates, and settle into the space.
-
Remove your shoes before entering the practice area. Shoes, cell phones and large personal items are to remain in the storage space provided in the lobby. Please place cell phones on silent or turn them off completely.
-
Some class sizes are limited (Yin Yoga, for example) and pre-registration is required through the ScheduleBliss app or website. Please review our cancellation policy on the Schedule page.
-
Bring a yoga mat, a towel for sweat and a water bottle. You are welcome to bring your own props (ex. block, strap, bolster) for class but we have community props at the studio. We offer mats for purchase, they can be found in our online store.
-
Students must be 16 years or older (14 & 15 year old students may attend but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the class). Non-students may not be in the studio while class is in session.
-
When we come together for classes, each of us have a different intention for our practice. Some of us come for the community and conversation while others come to unplug and turn attention inward. Please be mindful of the variety of intentions that may be surrounding you during class and adjust behavior accordingly.
